Oh hello, I didn’t see you there! I was just reporting my location’s profits for this past quarter. Profits my team and I will share in at the end of the year. Are you intrigued? I hope so! Profit sharing is a huge benefit of working at Hajoca.

So who am I? My name is John and I’m a Hajoca manager. I’m also a graduate of the development program. I became a management trainee right out of college. I was lucky to get offers for three executive leadership programs. I picked Hajoca for its emphasis on mentoring, its earning potential and much more. One of the biggest appeals was that I’d get to stay in one geographic area for training and after graduation.

I trained in two locations in the Chesapeake region during my 2½ years in the program. I got a vantage point of two different, but effective, management styles from two managers that are long-term, proven successes at Hajoca. I got to learn the best from the best and merge their styles with my own to quickly become a successful manager myself.

I graduated a year and a half ago and was immediately asked to manage a location in the Chesapeake region. Since then, we’ve doubled our profits and our amazing staff. In our location, everyone may have a title but we don’t use them. We’re a team. We roll up our sleeves, we get our hands dirty and we do whatever it takes to deliver for our customers.
