My name is Mike and I’d like to tell you about a different path to Hajoca’s management development program.  There is no denying it’s an amazing opportunity for someone just graduating college and, if that’s you, you really should apply today!  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

But if you’ve been out in the working world for a while already, I hope what I’m about to tell you will inspire you to also consider Hajoca.  Several years ago, I was a new college graduate about to start a journey for fulfillment in corporate America.  By all counts, I succeeded.  I spent eight years moving up the ranks at two major consumer goods companies.  But while I was on the fast track, the politics and process in “big business” left me longing for more.

That is, until I found Hajoca.

I’m sure you’ve read through this website, so you know most people complete the management training program in three years.  This is true…but it’s not the only way.

Hajoca doesn’t stick to a bulleted list or a script to consider people for management.  They recognize passion and potential…and, most importantly, they see the person behind them.  They adapt to each person’s experiences, strengths and interests.  In my case, that meant an accelerated path through the development program where I could also leverage my sales experience immediately.
