While you’re in our Management Training Program, hands-on experience is supplemented with guidance from caring and experienced coaches. This group is dedicated to helping you see the program through and enjoy a long-term career as a Hajoca manager.
- Mentor: The Managers of the locations where you’ll be working oversee your day-to-day progress, answer questions you have along the way and provide you with regular performance feedback. They are proven leaders already running their own top-performing locations and have expertise in all facets of our business.
- Region Manager: You’ll have ongoing interaction with your Region Manager, who will coach you on leadership skills, communicate performance expectations and offer valuable insight on industry trends and region initiatives.
- Senior Leaders: Hajoca’s President, Vice President and Division Managers are also genuinely invested in your success from the start. They are involved in the candidate selection process and get to know each management trainee on a professional and personal level.
